DO YOU HAVE AN INCOMPLETE?

A reminder that if you are given an incomplete in a class, you MUST NOT enroll in the class a second time. Instead, when you are ready to make up the class: inform the instructor of the future class that you are making up an incomplete, what portion of the course material is being made up, what semester you received the incomplete, and who the instructor was who assigned the incomplete. When you complete the course, the grade will be communicated back to the original instructor who will change the “I” appropriately. (If you re-enroll in a course in which you already have an incomplete, you will see the incomplete automatically convert to “F”; in addition, you will have unnecessarily paid for a course a second time.)
